Prior to working at Cadence, I worked in the customer service and tech industries for a fortune 500 company for over 5 years. In that time I’ve learned how to handle many different types of issues from a technical and customer service stand point. I have a passion for problem solving, helping people with their problems, and always had an interest in technology. Because of this, I decided to jump into the industry. I will use my many years in customer service to provide the best possible experience for Cadence clients.
